The site, located on Millstream road, near Costco, was situated at the base of a rocky outcrop. The rocky portions offered the challenge of 11 metre rock cuts and also, the flat table land below was a former flood plain with a seasonal water table approximately 2 metres below the surface.
1st Team Consulting Ltd. was responsible for the design of servicing and grading the five hectare site. Working closely with the project Geotechnical Consultant we overcame the challenges of the site and the store was opened on schedule.
