Goldstream Avenue Upgrade - District of Langford
The new design has transformed Goldstream Avenue, a main arterial road, into a three-lane roadway incorporating bike lanes, concrete curb and gutter, brick paver sidewalks and parking bays. A complete in-ground storm drainage disposal system, new traffic signals, ornamental and street lighting and extensive landscape construction took place between 1999 and 2003.
