Properties at Maple Bay - First National Properties and Grosvenor International
The Properties at Maple Bay is a planned subdivision of 1200 lots. As of year 2003, 360 lots have been developed. The subdivision offers fully serviced lots with underground hydro, telephone and cable services. 1st Team’s role on the project includes design, tender, inspection, construction layout and contract administration. Engineering studies include water distribution systems with reservoir expansion and pressure reducing stations and a drainage study for ravine culvert sizing.
