Admirals Walk Commercial Centre - View Royal
The original zoning for the thirteen hectare site was for a mix of mostly commercial sites with some townhouse lots. The site offered many challenges because it was heavily wooded, steep and rocky. It fronted on a Ministry of Highways arterial road, backed onto CPR property, required a sewer connection to a CRD Trunk Sewer, a drain outfall to the ocean and an extension of a CRD Water distribution main.
