Family Student Housing & Cluster Housing - University of Victoria
The first use of both complexes was to house visiting athletes during the 1994 Commonwealth Games. The complexes were subsequently handed over to the University for student housing. 1st Team Consulting Ltd.’s scope included upgrading of existing roads to improve access, onsite grading, sewer, drain and water servicing, stormwater detention facilities as well as design of the interior road network. 1st Team Consulting Ltd. also carried out design, tender, construction inspection and layout and contract administration services for the project. In 2002, 1st Team was again retained to design the civil works for a new addition to the Cluster Housing complex.

- Tight time frame for occupancy by Commonwealth Games atheletes.
