1st Team Consulting Ltd. was retained by the District of Langford for the design, tendering, inspection and contract administration of approximately 0.5 km of roadway upgrading. Prior to upgrading, Goldstream Avenue was a two lane roadway with gravel shoulders and intermittent paved shoulders. [ more ]
Jacklin Road Upgrade - District of Langford
This design build project consisted of the design and construction of approximately 1.5 km of roadway upgrading with the District of Langford. Jacklin Road is one of Langford’s main arterials within the city’s core. [ more ]
Ring Road Reconstruction - University of Victoria
The main campus of the University of Victoria was built around Ring Road, a circular two-lane, one-way road built in the early 1960’s. Through a series of test holes, it was revealed that the existing road was constructed on topsoil and without base gravel in many areas. [ more ]
