Family Student Housing & Cluster Housing - University of Victoria
The Family Student Housing complex and Cluster Housing complex are both located on University grounds. The Family Student Housing complex is comprised of five unique “Villages” each designed by different architechtural firms. The Cluster Housing complex is comprised of eleven seperate student housing complexes. 1st Team Consulting Ltd. was retained as project manager to act as prime consultant for the site servicing contracts on both projects.
